Cancellations

Clients are required to notify us at least 24 hours in advance, should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Clients are responsible for 100% of the treatment fee in the event that a cancellation or reschedule is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session.  This fee will be charged to the card on file.

No-Show and Late Policy

Clients are responsible for 100% of the treatment fee in the event that they miss their appointment without communication.

In the event that you are running late, please text Amy to let her know.  To keep the day on track and to respect the time of the client behind you, your appointment will end at its scheduled time.

Refunds

If you are concerned if MFR is right for you, please contact Amy for a free 15-minute consultation prior to booking.  Text 682-240-4770 to set up a consultation.

JoyStone does not provide refunds on treatments that have been received.

Packages

    • All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.  A four treatment package is to be completed within six weeks of date of purchase.

    • Package appointments – All appointments are to be scheduled at the time of purchase.

    • Payment – Full payment is due up front.

    • Rescheduling/Cancellations – The standard cancellation policy of 24 hours applies to package appointments.  Rescheduled appointments must be within eight weeks of package purchase.  Late cancellations and no-shows will use up one session.
